Tutorial Step 2 - Your Competitor's Position

Move the cursor to the corner of the CubIT V2 cube which best describes your target competitor's position. Note:

• a competitor can have the same level of competitiveness against any (or all) of the criteria as your company. If this is the case you may need to move the cursor slightly adjacent to its current location to find the required hotspot.
• If the competitor is significantly more competitive, your position will necessarily be to the left, bottom or back on the corresponding axis.
• If the competitor is significantly less competitive, your position will necessarily be to the right, top or front on the corresponding axis.

A blue bubble will 'pop-up' and the short instructions will be replaced by a brief description of your competitor's position. Once you are satisfied that your competitor's position is adequately defined, the blue bubble should be 'fixed' with a mouse click. The description of your competitor's position now moves to the foot of the page
